The 2023 edition of the First Level of the Professional Sommelier Course starts. The program covers tasting techniques, oenology and viticulture. Hybrid-mode attendance is allowed. Enrolment until 24th December. Slides, books and exams can be in English.

About the event
The course includes 14 lessons, grouped into 7 weekly meetings. The program includes the classification and production of beers and spirits. At the end of this First Module, there will be a written and tasting test (two wines) with the use of the analytical-descriptive form. Collegial correction and connections with the characteristics of the wine. Consolidation and deepening of the most important topics and the technique of tasting.
