Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer

1. General
EUSA is a privately organised, non-subsidised, not-for-profit association (ASBL). By registering for any of our events, participants agree to the following terms.

2. Liability Disclaimer
All participants attend events under their own responsibility. By registering and/or paying the event fee, participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk. EUSA, its organisers, members and volunteers cannot be held liable for any accident, loss, damage or incident occurring during or after an event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Participants are responsible for any personal insurance they consider necessary.

3. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for assessing their own health situation before attending. Any allergies, intolerances or medical conditions must be communicated in advance. EUSA cannot be held liable for reactions or health issues resulting from missing or incorrect information provided by participants.

4. Photography & Media
Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, participants consent to the use of images and videos for EUSA’s non-commercial communication (website, social media, newsletters). Those who do not wish to appear in photos must inform the organisers in advance.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected during event registration is used solely for organisational purposes, communication related to the event, and internal ASBL administration. Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Participants may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting the association.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, cancellations made less than 1 week before the start of the event are non-refundable. Refunds or credits for earlier cancellations may be granted at the discretion of the organisers. Tickets are not nominative unless otherwise specified.

7. Conduct & Participation
The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety, integrity or smooth running of the event.
